RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@arvuxe.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
